Services
We provide fractional finance services as described in your signed proposal. Scope, deliverables and reporting dates are listed there. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately before work starts.
Fees and payment
Fees are fixed monthly and invoiced in advance. Invoices are due within 14 days. Late payments may pause the service until the balance is cleared.
Term and cancellation
Engagements start with a three month minimum, then continue month to month. Either side can end the agreement with 30 days written notice. No exit fee applies.
Confidentiality
We treat your financial data as confidential, use it only to deliver the service, and keep it in systems with access controls. This duty continues after the engagement ends.
Limits of liability
We provide financial analysis and advice, not audit, tax filing or legal advice. Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months before a claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
